Whidbey Island wedding receptions and Fireseed Catering's Event Gardens are a favorite indoor and outdoor venue for ceremonies and receptions through most of the year. While our facility, hall and gardens are located on the south end of beautiful Whidbey Island in Washington state, we do travel all over the island providing catering for off premise weddings as well as a wide range of other catered events.

On Whidbey Island, Fireseed Catering is proud to provide exceptional food to clients that want to host an event that will be talked about for years to come. All our items are made from scratch using whole foods, the freshest produce, and the finest quality ingredients. Every menu is developed with each client to develop a style of food that reflects your event's own ambiance. From our vegetable garden to the onsite commercial kitchen freshness is of the utmost importance.
Over the years Fireseed has become known for its high end hors d'oeuvre parties, abundantly rich buffets, seasonal plated dinners, and unique twists on classic dishes. Fireseed Catering hosts onsite ceremonies and receptions in landscaped gardens and indoor events within its own renovated barn for when the weather does not cooperate.

Your guests will not only rave about the taste of the food that comes from our vegetable gardens but they will also spend hours enjoying the flower gardens, pastoral valley, wooded forest and private lake backdrop to your wedding. We create an atmosphere that not only pleases the palette and the eye but also the nerves, we allow you three days of access to the property. We understand that everything counts on your day and there is nothing more stressful than preparing for and closing down from a wedding in one day. We want our space to feel like yours for the day.
The Basics of Flavor
Fireseed derives its name from the basics of cooking - fire, and the basics of food - seeds. "We believe that within the basics are the secrets to flavors that are lost in our fast food world." From almost an acre of organic vegetable gardens Fireseed Catering provides seasonal produce to add a local green touch to any event. Whidbey Island's unique agriculture base does not stop with our gardens, there are several larger farms that we have the pleasure of working with as well.
