| Biography

Fireseed Catering was created shortly after Dave and Dawn Noble moved to South Whidbey Island. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1996, Dave and Dawn moved to Chicago for a three year stint in corporate dining. In 1999 they moved to Wisconsin and opened their own restaurant. In 2003 they discovered Washington state and returned home long enough to sell the house, business, and car.

Since Fireseed Catering was founded, Dawn has renewed her skills as an accomplished Pastry Chef. Dawn shows off her skills with creative chocolate work, tasteful cakes and local berry pies. Dave spends most days creating original dishes with a Pacific Northwest sensibility. Hors d'oeuvre parties seem to be in high demand which allow Dave and Dawn to shine with display tables that overflow with variety, color and most of all flavor.
