Dawn Noble has been creating sweet temptations on the island for six years now. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America she followed pastries to the Wilton School of Cake Design and continues her education most recently with the CIA at Greystone in Sonoma.
"I believe a cake must taste as good as it looks. There's no reason to make an Eiffel Tower if it ends up tasting like it too."
Dawn creates wedding cakes of any flavor any shape and any size. All pictures on this page and in the photo album are a reflection of her work. Beyond wedding cakes Dawn can make Candy Assortments that consist of homemade chocolate work, assorted high-end cookies and mini tarts. Homemade seasonal berry pies have become a favorite Autumn choice while the cupcake assortment has found its place in the casual wedding. A tower of cupcakes along the lines of Lemon with Vanilla/Raspberry icing , Chocolate Mocha Espresso, Vanilla Mascarpone, Poppy Seed Orange, Banana Nut with Brown Sugar Buttercream, and Double Chocolate will guarantee that there is something for everyone.
