At Fireseed Catering we consider the garden where our produce comes from as important as the garden where your ceremony is held.
In addition to ten acres of natural beauty and well adorned flower gardens, we are also fortunate enough to have a 3/4 acre organic vegetable garden tended by one of Whidbey
Island's most innovative gardeners—Pam Mitchell. This produce is regularily incorporated into our menus, while Pam's produce
can also be purchased every Saturday at the Bayview
Farmer's Market.
"It is true that nothing tastes better than freshly picked produce, except maybe freshly picked produce prepared by Fireseed Catering."
Throughout the season Fireseed Catering supplements its menues with fresh produce, berries and garnishes grown organically on the property. The vegetable garden is open for strolling to all guests of events held on the property.
