While there are many reasons to allow Fireseed to cater your next event, the one that should be the most compelling is the food. Fireseed is owned and operated by two Culinary Institute of America graduates whose experience and knowledge continually leads them to creative and new flavorful ideas.

Fireseed Catering does not take the "option A, B or C" approach to food. Our opinion is that the client should be able to tailor the menu to fit their own tastes and not have to pick from prepackaged menus. At Fireseed Catering we frequently offer sample menus from other events that we have catered to assist clients in forming a general outline for budgeting as well as an idea of our culinary style.

We believe that people eat first with their eyes and then make their final judgement with their tastebuds. Fireseed has its own collection of heavy stainless roll top chafing dishes, serving pieces and unique handmade pottery from Stillfire pottery. The presentation of our food is as appealing as the taste and we strive to continually present the freshest most appetizing food possible. Our buffets burst with colors and textures, the plated and family style meals are composed with the same attention detail. Fireseed is capable of providing any type of cuisine for any type of event. We believe that the food should match the event in much the same way a wine is paired with a meal.
