While there are many reasons to allow Fireseed to cater your next event, the one that should be the most compelling is the food. Fireseed is owned and operated by two Culinary Institute of America graduates whose experience and knowledge continually lead them to new creative and flavorful ideas.

Fireseed Catering does not take the "option A, B or C" approach to food. Our opinion is that the client should be able to tailor the menu to fit their own tastes and not have to pick from prepackaged menues. We frequently offer sample menues from other events we have catered if you are interested in our style.

Fireseed is capable of providing any type of cuisine for any type of event. We believe that the food should match the event in much the same way a wine is paired with a meal.
